Guardian Home Program

A meaningful way to welcome a well-bred French Bulldog into your home through shared partnership.

Become Part of Our Family

Our Guardian Home Program allows select families the opportunity to welcome one of our premium French Bulldogs into their home while partnering with our intentional, hands-on breeding program.

We keep our program small so each dog receives the individual attention, enrichment, and companionship they deserve. Guardian homes allow our dogs to grow up in the heart of a loving family from day one.

Available Guardian Opportunities

We thoughtfully select guardian families for the dogs that best represent our program.
Below are our current and upcoming guardian placements.

First Pick  — Effie × Hooligan

We will be selecting one first-pick male/female from our upcoming Effie breeding for a future guardian home placement. This pup will represent the best of both parents-temperament, structure, and health. It will be evaluated carefully, and placed with a guardian family that aligns with our program values.

Guardian Placement Fee: $1000
Availability: Placement after puppy evaluations (8–10 weeks)
Location Requirement: Within 2 hours of zip code 22546
Status: Future Guardian or Co-Own Opportunity (additional cost) – Applications Open

We welcome early applications from families who are interested in partnering with us for a premium, hand-selected female from this pairing.

Effie – 2½ Years Old

Effie is a gentle, affectionate girl with a calm and warm temperament. She thrives with families, enjoys children, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Soft-natured, a bit timid at times, but she carries a naturally sweet presence in the home.

Guardian Placement Fee: $500
Location Requirement: Within 2 hours of zip code 22546
Status: Future Guardian Dog – Applications Accepted, Placement After First Litter

What It Means to Be a Guardian Home

Our Guardian Home Program allows select dogs from our program to live full-time with their families while we retain breeding rights for a limited period. The dog enjoys a normal, loving home life, your couch, your routine, your family, from the very beginning.

Once the dog completes their time in our breeding program, they are retired, spayed, and ownership is fully transferred to the guardian family. At that point, they are no longer part of the breeding program and simply continue life as your cherished companion.

This structure ensures that every dog in our program receives the stability, attention, and emotional connection that only an in-home lifestyle can provide.

We Cover

  • All breeding-related expenses
  • Health testing

What We Look For

We thoughtfully select guardian homes that can provide a stable, nurturing environment and are committed to partnering with us throughout the dog’s time in our program.

  • A loving, indoor home where the dog is treated as a family member
  • Consistent communication and transparency regarding the dog’s health and routine
  • Ability to transport the dog for scheduled breeding-related visits
  • Comfort tracking heat cycles and staying in close contact during those periods
  • Familiarity with brachycephalic breeds and their unique needs (heat sensitivity, breathing considerations, limited strenuous activity)
  • A safe home environment with appropriate boundaries, structure, and daily care
  • Long-term commitment to the guardian partnership until the dog is retired
