How Our Puppy Process Works
Our placement process is designed to be smooth, transparent, and supportive from your first contact until your puppy goes home.
Below is a clear overview of each step in the Battery Creek Frenchies journey.
1. Puppy Application
Begin by completing our Puppy Application. This helps us understand your home, lifestyle, and what you’re looking for in a companion.
2. Review & Approval
We personally review every application. Approved families receive next steps and an invitation to join our official waitlist.
3. Join the Waitlist
Approved families select their preferred litter and preferences through our Waitlist Form. Placement order is based on the date the form is submitted.
4. Pregnancy Confirmed
Once a pregnancy is confirmed, we notify families on the waitlist and share anticipated timelines.
5. Puppies Arrive
After the litter is born, we contact families in waitlist order and begin early updates on the puppies’ progress.
6. Reservation Fee
Families offered a puppy may secure their spot with a reservation fee, finalizing their position in the pick order.
7. Updates & Pick Day
Weekly updates begin shortly after birth. Puppy selection occurs at around 4 weeks of age, when puppies have opened their eyes, begun exploring, and are showing early personality traits.
8. Final Payment
Final payment is completed prior to go-home day. We offer secure direct payment options with a signed receipt.
9. Go-Home Day
Puppies go home with their health records, contract, starter pack, and lifetime support from Battery Creek Frenchies.
